Questions photographers actually ask.

How do you actually match my style?
Three inputs: your finalized reference galleries, your Lightroom profiles/presets if you have them, and a structured style intake covering skin-tone handling, color hue preferences, and how you treat mixed light. Then we prove it with a free sample edit on 5 of your own RAWs before any money changes hands.
Is this AI editing?
We use modern AI tooling as a starting point to refine from. Every image is then reviewed and finished by a human editor with extensive retouching experience, and the final consistency pass is always human.
What's the real turnaround?
5 business days standard for Essentials and Signature, 7 for Complete, from the moment your RAWs land. A 72-hour rush option exists for +40%. Your date is written into the agreement, and we stand by it.
How does the free sample edit work?
Send 5 RAWs from a recent wedding or event, plus a finished gallery for reference. Within 48 hours you get them back, edited in your style. If they don't match your own work, we'll do one revision round for free. No card, no commitment.
Who owns my images?
You own everything, always. We never share, publish, or train on your photos.
What file formats and tools do you work with?
Lightroom Classic catalogs and Pic-Time galleries are native to us, but we can edit in Photoshop as well and transfer files how you prefer. We accept RAW, DNG, TIFF, and JPG image files. Delivery as full-res JPEGs, your export recipe.
What if I shoot 20+ weddings or events a year?
That's exactly who the Season Pass is for: once you book five or more packages, you get discounted rates forever (15% off every gallery) and a priority queue slot.
